As buyers moved into higher price ranges in December 2013, overall average and median sales prices increased considerably compared to the previous month. Average sales price jumped by 47.3% and median sales price jumped by 41.9%.
While these numbers are impressive, it needs to be seen if they can be sustained in the coming months which should show an increase in sales activity as snowbirds currently wintering in our area, are looking in Timber Pines for their own winter or vacation home.
