I really like the animal aspect of bringing the dog into the video, and sharing some infor from his prospective. I think I might have to borrow my neighbors dog for a shoot. My dog of 18 years recently passed away and everytime I see or hear a dog story, I really tune in.

Good Post. Good stuff to do. Many people look at Youtube and it can be a good avenue to promote buying of selling. Great SEO without the costs.

Debb, your voice-overs are just excellent.  I think that almost everyone else on ActiveRain who does videos with a speaking role should listen and learn.  And maybe get some some coaching from their favorite ex-radio or TV reporter!

Great stuff, I have a new young agent working with me who is adept at luxury property in Edmond Oklahoma. I hired a researcher on elance.com to give me all the important economic and demographic information to add to what we know so we can do a series of videos and blog posts about Edmond and specific communities. This really works.

Thank you for the push Debb.  Been doing YouTube for longer than I care to admit for as few as I have done.  Focus seems to drift off.  Same was the case with blogging till AR.  Feel I have formed a habit now that I can use advantageously for YouTube as well.

Just watched your video.  Nicely done with great narration.  Do you use a tripod when shooting?  There is no shake what so ever.  Again Debb excellent motivational push.  Thx

I bought a Gorilla tri-pod and it is great.  You can wrap up around a tree branch or it has magnetized legs so you can stick it on the top of the car!

Gotta take some time to review this in more detail. I love doing community videos but need to learn how to edit and make them more interesting. They definitely attract viewers (including 3 in the last year that resulted in closed deals). TIme to learn how to edit...or find someone to do it Back to Craig's class I think

Thanks so much for sharing these ideas and videos. One of my goals is to start creating neighborhood videos to get more exposure. Now I have some good ideas on how to go about it.
