Every thought we think creates
What are your thoughts creating in your life?
Most of us never give any thought to what we think about. Knowing that what we think about is what we bring about I often wonder that we were never taught how to take charge of our thoughts in school. I am not saying it is an easy skill to master but it is a skill that is essential if you want to kick the worry habit and live a happy worthwhile life.
The first step is to become very aware of what you think about. As soon as you notice that what you are thinking about is not a positive thought change that thought.
When we start thinking about problems we can substitute those thoughts with thoughts that offer solutions and we can affirm our ability to deal effectively and calmly with all of life's challenges instead of worrying about failure.
No matter what is going on in our lives Rich with a smile on his handsome face always finds the perfect time to remind me that, "It's all good Beth" as soon as I hear those beautiful words I start to feel better. Try it you'll like it!
