It is my professional opinion Rivers Bend Condos are now priced to sell . There room to negotiate and the prices are realistic. Interest rates are still low . It is a great time to buy and a good time to sell . It looks to be a win win situation as far as the market is concerned . Where will the interest rates be this time next year . Who can predict ? Certainly not me .I would not even try to guess .
Rivers Bend Condos are beautifully maintained . The landscapers trim the bushes and mow the lawns . Everything looks perfectly manicured.
The location is a short walk to Septa trains ,buses and Amtrak trains a commuter's delight . It is minutes away from I95 ,US1 and the PA turnpike It is also a short walk to the WAWA for convenience foods or the Three Monkey's Cafe for a Brew or a delightful meal
