The kick in the pants to jump out of bed mornings to start your real estate day running.
To wind yourself up first thing, at the crack of dawn. Then keep going strong into the supper hour, beyond. Real estate is all about servicing people. Can I help you? And making it look easy but juggling more than one buyer and seller at a time. But they don't feel short changed or neglected.
Setting expectations, educating what is going to happen and why. Or how come it did not and now here is what we have for options on what to do.
Because you the real estate professional of today is some kind of organized. Always on the hunt, prowl for New ways to do old procedures better. To make more time by just using it wisely.
Real estate production in listing, marketing, selling results is not just about working hard, going beyond the 9-5.
No no, it is about being the best listener possible. Closing the pie hole.
Opening up the portals on the side of your head and processing what the buyer and seller expect.
Their dreams, hopes and time frame. Their life situation and then stepping back.
Asking yourself a soul searching question.
Can I help this real estate buyer or seller?
Not do I want to because we all know in the real estate sports arena it is what we always strive to do. Want to, will try to, but can I at the end of the day actually pull it off with success?
Not if the real estate sellers demands seven times the actual fair market value. Or is even close to the realistic pricing with lean and mean if any property listing wiggle room. Not if the real estate buyer's credit score is 300. And behind them is strewn financial wreckage like the ocean floor for a mile and a half under the Titanic sinking.
Making it happen, putting it all together to negotiate the maze of tip toe through the real estate mine field of red flags and sometimes eventual surrender.
No one wants to white flag and pull out of a real estate box canyon.
But did you see the handwriting on the wall going in.
Was this real estate dog and pony destined for failure going in all starts by a term used by hockey players.
The ones that have success, hat tricks and stop goals dead "see the ice".
Know what is going to happen way way before it does. Or split second can react, change directions, spray ice and move the legs faster than others on that fresh smooth polished layer of ice.
Working harder than your average bear.
Consistently day in and out. And reinventing, winding yourself up each morning, noon and night. Means you are performing your true purpose under the sun for a career. Fuel edwith hi test passion, you will not feel like you are working Grasshopper.
But just one after another twist and shout of putting buyers and sellers of real estate together with rock solid passion is not about the money. That is the secondary gain when you hone those real estate skills. Flatten the learning curve.
Passion. Intensity. Seeing way to the real estate closing after you leave the hour and a half listing process at the home's kitchen table. The kind that burns down deep within and fuels the process cleanly. Or makes the listing, marketing, selling of real estate a struggle and highly unsuccessful matchmaking of property owners, listings buyers.
