OH yes!! A listing appointment this week with unrealistic seller wanting more for her home than I can make happen. She wants to sell it so she can buy a brand new home for less than a builder could ever agree to. Lesson of that day was I am not a magician and even if I work harder I cannot make her real estate goals a reality. I listened to her wish list and explained the reality behind what I can and can't do. When someone is living in 1990 it is hard to convince them otherwise. On to the next one and begin the adventure all over again with another buyer or seller to help them with their real estate goals.
