This past weekend, my family celebrated 3 birthdays on 3 different days - Friday, Saturday and Sunday! My daughter-in-law's birthday came first, and we spent an enjoyable evening at Pasquale's Pizzeria, which has been in business since 1975.
I always enjoy the distinctive "Godfather" movie ambiance at Pasquale's. And, their amazing "Superb" pizza on the menu is set apart by the fresh crunch of vegetables used as part of the pizza topping.
However, there was a new item on the menu that attracted my attention. It was the Chicken Pesto Bruschetta Sandwich. The item was ordered by a lady at a nearby table. She was kind enough to allow me a closer look, and a moment to capture the picture.
