The Town of Castle Rock is located about 30 minutes (29 miles) South of Denver and enjoys a small population of 51,348, which has inched up about 1,000 per year. Elevation of Castle Rock is 6,202 feet above sea level. The median age is 33, and median household income is $85,933. Castle Rock includes Castle Pines, and many rural farm areas outside the City limits.

Days on Market decreased from 71 days in November to 55 days in December
Average Price decreased from $448,178 in November to $404,625 in December
List Price/Sold Price decreased from 98.52% in November to 98.93% December
There was one short sale sold and no bank owned foreclosures sold.
(Distressed sales are very minimal as home values have increased substantially over the last couple of years.)
