It is a joy when you get a call from potential buyers wanting to meet with you to discuss a home purchase. This was a referral from a Colorado Springs REALTOR® and Rainer that gave me glowing recommendations. These buyers have been renters for a couple years and decided they needed to move forward on a home purchase.
Their defined area in Highlands Ranch is high is demand, and was not unusual to have 10-20 families viewing a property in the same half hour as we were! It was not long before we all knew the homes we saw needed to be below their price point, so there was enough room to offer over list price.
When this home came on the market, it was around the corner from their rental property, no need to change schools, the kids were able to keep their same friends, and it will be an easy move! We were the FIRST to view the home once the showings began, and the buyers wrote a heartfelt note to the Sellers asking to allow them to remain in their neighborhood. It worked!
I know these buyers will make some wonderful new memories in their new home!
