Presently there are five active listings in the Delaire Landing Condo Community
Two : 1 BR Units Price $69,900 -$89,500
Three : 2BR Units Price $100,000 - $149,500
Currently there are seven pending sales in Delaire Landing . The market seems to be Hot here . Now if you read my blog you know the rules . If you do not I will explain . We do not discuss pending sales . They are not public knowledge . There are many things that may go wrong . There could be a title issue a mortgage or appraisal problem . These are just a few The buyer may have just decided not to buy. It is my professional opinion Delaire Landing Condos values are stable . They are neither depreciating nor appreciating at a great percentage . The main reason in my humble opinion is the number of foreclosures in the development . Find a condo that is fixed up to the max everything updated and it will sell . It will sell at at a valuable price too
I had buyers that only wanted Bakers Bay . I took them on a tour of the beautiful grounds of Delaire Landing and they changed their minds . Delaire Landing has so much to offer and has a park-like setting on the waterfront . It is a gated community and the guards do not just let anyone in either . You better be visiting or you do not get in .
The pool will be opening soon . Memorial day weekend is opening day . They celebrate this with a free hot dog ,drink and a bag of chips . Most of the residents come out for this delightful day of the opening of this beautiful pool and to get their free lunch . It is also nice to see all their neighbors both young and old .
Delaire Landing condo also has a shuttle bus that takes you to Septa trains at scheduled times for those who need to take the train . The Septa bus is just outside Delaire Landings gates . There is also a WAWA convenience store across the street. Looking for a meal and a brew Maggies on the Waterfront is a short walk or drive . They have remodeled stop by
