They really are rare as hen's teeth right now. Ranch homes. Either built on a slab or over a basement, these stepless wonders are really only found at the end of rainbows. If I were a builder, I think I would be building nothing but ranch style homes.
This beauty, a 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch, will hit the market this Friday. While I was out shooting video of this home last week, a neighbor stopped and asked me about this home. Her parents are interested in moving to the area and need a ranch home. Hopefully we will be previewing this home together today. Sometime homes don't even make it to the market before they are sold.
