Let's be humble and remember we are all Americans

I was riveted to the speech given at the DNC by the father of Kareem Rashad Sultan Khan, who died as a U.S. Army Corporal, in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Kareem was also a Purple Heart and Bronze Star recipient.  We forget sometimes, there are religions other than Christian that serve in our armed forces, 

I was there many years ago and it made a lasting impression. So many have given their lives and we should never forget.

Hi Yolanda Cordova-Gilbert ,  I have also seen it, but it was many years ago. It sure wakes us up as to what this country is all about.

Arlington is such a special place of remembrance of those who gave all. I'll never forget it.

Yolanda, I've been to the Arlington Cemetery many times. So many have died fighting for our country.

Yolanda, I have been to Arlington too. I appreciate our veterans and all that they do for our country.

I thought the convention presentations were outstanding.

I've been to these cemetaries, as well, Yolanda. They always have an icredible impact on my emotions when I see the graves and crosses. 

Good morning Yolanda. I have walked Arlington and Normandy too. We are a quilt that is diverse and beautiful. I was really moved by the man that spoke.

Yoalnda, I think they should all the candidates that question and where Arlington is located. We are all Americans but these politicans seaprate themselves from the commoners.. 

Yolanda, Arlington National Cemetary is such an inspiring place, and you really get a feeling for the great diversity of the men and women who have protected our freedom over the years. 

And I, too, was riveted Mr. Khan's  speech.  What a humbling moment!

So touching Yolanda Cordova-Gilbert We cannot forget, ever.
