Northern Kentucky patio homes are being built throughout Greater Cincinnati with two primary builders supplying patio homes in Northern Kentucky: Drees Homes and Fischer Homes. Those aren't the only two builders supplying new patio homes in 2017, but they're supplying the largest numbers.

Drees and Fischer are currently building in the following Northern Kentucky communities:
- Alexandria
- Erlanger
- Union (heavy emphasis on the Union area with the Triple Crown community)
You can build a new patio home in approximately 5-7 months from first contact with the builder to handing you the keys to your finished patio home.
Community amenities vary from minimal all the way to golf/swim country club life in Triple Crown. The one constant is a low maintenance home and someone else taking care of your lawn!
Most patio homes will be a minimum 1600 sq ft of living space configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths & 2 car garage with the ability to add additional bedrooms, finished lower level, a study, deck, patio, etc. Starting prices are in the $200,000s, but expect more likely to be in the $300-400,000 range depending on community, floor plan and the options you choose to finish your home.
