IT PAYS TO HAVE CONNECTIONS IN REAL ESTATE ONE PHONE CALL AWAY
The owner asked me to obtain bids to replace two air conditioners on his apartment building. Currently, I work with two AC companies located in Phoenix, Arizona. However, I needed a third one. I called my current vendors to seek out a third company. Thirty minutes later I had the contact information for the third company. I treated it like any other referral.
So, I obtained all three bids for the HVAC units. The owner decided to use the third company that was referred to me. They had the better price along with a better warranty. They installed the two HVAC units with ease and on time. The tenants really enjoyed them at the property. Now, I am talking to this company about becoming a preferred vendor with Real Estate and Beyond Network.
They say we are only three calls away from the person we want to meet in life. This showed proof during my exercise on finding a third HVAC Company. Again, it is great to have a Real Estate and Beyond Phoenix Network of professionals that I rely on daily. We are here to serve all Phoenix Real Estate Investors.
