By
Real Estate Technology with Zurple

Which signs have you used for open houses in the past? Are certain sign types more attention grabbing? Do others fall down easily or proof unreliable?

A Frame Signs:

Feather Flags:

Feather flag signs have many advantages, including their notable height. However, they are usually more expensive and hold less text, as everything must be written sideways. When is it best to go the extra mile with Feather Flags?

Sign Riders:

Are side riders worth the extra penny? They are great for announcing on open house or emphasizing a property's features, such as a pool.

Balloons:

Do bas attract any extra attention? Are they worth the mess? Balloons are a cheaper alternative to feather flags, if you're seeking height.
