Tredyffrin Easttown Real Estate is selling quickly. We listed this lovely 1 bed 1 bath Old Forge Crossing second floor condo last week and we had lots of showings over the weekend.
Today our Old forge Crossing seller signed one of two offers we received and we are in escrow with a quick settlement.
Maybe it was the wonderful Old Forge Crossing inner courtyard location, or that lovely dogwood blooming in view of the balcony. Being just a short walk from the parking lot this condo is a perfect quiety location in the community.
As we mentioned when we listed, living here allows you to be close to everywhere you want to be on the Main Line and surrounding areas. You can even cycle from here using the Chester Valley Trail to multiple office complexes all the way to Exton or King of Prussia area.
With the temperatures warming up the community pool may have been a big draw or the three tennis courts.
The Social Committee probably has their Kentucky Derby Party this past weekend and they are always organizing some event or other for residents.
