There were 10 homes sold in this very narrow category of stick built, single family homes located in the City limits of Minot, the same as last week . Of the homes that closed this week the average days on market was 98, compared to last weeks 72 days. Over all homes sold slower but for more money per square foot this week.

The most expensive home sold for $478,200. and it was on the market for 56 days. The least expensive home sold for $154,900. and it was on the market for 37 days. Average days on market for the 10 homes sold was 98. Of the homes sold the average price per square foot (total square footage) was $104.41.
