Making THIS Escrow Work vs Another in Sacramento

Hi Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents - Our market is so different than many areas of the country. We deal with a second home type market and a relocation after working years so our Sedona market does not have the huge peaks or valleys... Of course you never know what the future holds LOL!  

I'm not sure I totally love our sellers market. I prefer a bit more inventory for everyone, but it's tough to complain as business is good. Maybe 3 or 4 months of inventory, as opposed to just 1?  :) 

Hi Elizabeth -- even in a "normal" market, there are plenty of anomalies in this business to keep it interesting.  Yeah...interesting seems to be the right word to describe the situation.  

Hi Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents, regardless of the market conditions, we always have those taxi drivers, door openers and they've been doing it for a very long time. Our market is a bit different, homes that are priced under $300,000 fly off the shelves, higher ones do have longer marketing time. I like a leveled market.

Elizabeth, you are only a listing agent, and is REALLY tough working with buyers in a strong Seller's market.  We have seen this now for over 4 years, and so ready to see a slight shift.

Hi Elizabeth- totally agree with every word you said. There will always be a buyer for every home...some may take a little longer but there will be a buyer. The biggest consideration, were I a buyer, would be to make sure that I have the very best, experienced, and knowledgeable agent I can get!  And, of course, in Sacramento, that would be you.
