Visiting Upper Michigan’s Bond Falls.
The waters that empty into Lake Superior are abundant with water falls and are a constant source of wonder for the many tourists that roam the forests of Wisconsin, Michigan and Minnesota.
Though we work extensively through this area, we seldom have time to stop and smell the flowers, or take pictures of the falls.
Well this past year one of our Foresters, Nick Crane was meeting with a client in the UP to pick up some maps for a project along the East Coast and had a little time to be a tourist.
So Today I am going to share a little bit of what the UP looks like in mid April when most of the snow is gone and you can finally get around without snowshoes.
As you can see from one of the photos, the climb down to the bottom of the falls was still packed with snow and ice, but he did get some nice shots from the top of the falls.
Enjoy the video, and if you are ever considering an investment in this beautiful and profitable part of the world, give us a call.
