If you are not part of the solution...you might be part of the problem.
There have been many comments and mentions about how some people respond to other blog posts.
Examples are :
The same cut and paste comment made on multiple blogs.
One word answer like "yes" or "no." in the Q&A section
Or "I have no idea."
A generic comment that has no relevance to the subject.
"Thank you for sharing."
"Have a nice day."
If you have a gripe, do something about it!
Do not call out the offending member.
They are not your problem.
Don't complain but...
Encourage good comments.
You can just ignore the "drive by' comments.
You can write meaningful responses on the members you follow, new bloggers and all others.
If you don't agree, say so in a professional manner.
If you think the content is not good practice, unethical, not in the best interest of clients or the public... you do have the freedom (and maybe the obligation) to compose your own post with your own views.
Are you the problem or the solution?
