What you can expect is for Fischer Homes to have styled these Greater Cincinnati new construction patio homes to fit popular tastes. Expect tasteful and mainstream with the patio home decor for these move-in ready offerings.
Now what you can't do is change anything about them. They're well-defined and being built those specs. No changes. Obviously you're not picking the lot or any other features. And obviously Fischer Homes is wanting to sell these homes quickly, so don't expect them to stick around long.
The majority of these move-in ready patio homes are on the Kentucky side of Greater Cincinnati.
As we write this, currently there are three ready or almost ready in Ohio:
Maineville's Providence community has a Wilmington floor plan available immediately for $267,900 and in about 30 days a Kiawah plan for $292,900.
Also in Ohio is a Maxwell plan in Springboro's The Springs. That home will be ready in about 30 days for $361,900.
Crossing the Ohio River into northern Kentucky the following patio homes are ready or close to ready.
Alexandria's The Shire at Arcadia offers a Wilmington (90 days) for $352,347, a Kiawah (immediate) for $334,801 and an Amelia (immediate) for $324,242.
Hebron's Tanner Cove will have an Amelia ready in about 90 days for $321,340 and a Kiawah for $286,901.
Union's Triple Crown-Preakness community has a Kiawah (immediate) for $309,089 and a Maxwell (immediate) for $296,570.
Obviously all this is subject to change. Fischer Homes can sell these or adjust price as they deem necessary. You can find the latest availability by looking for patio homes on Fischer Homes' Move In Ready page for Greater Cincinnati. Once you're there, if you see something you like, or have further questions, we're going to ask you to go the following:
