I have an appointment on Monday to list another home in the Bridgeway Lakes area of West Sacramento. For some reason, I seem to sell a lot of homes in West Sacramento. It's very close to Land Park, where I live, so it is just a hop, skip and jump over the river to the other side. Plus, after they put in the bridge on Broadway, it will be even closer.
The better news for today is I have a brand new listing in West Sacramento to share with you. This is in the Southport Gateway community, which is closer to I-80 than going further south into West Sac to the other end of Southport. This home is a model I have sold before, featuring twin single garages. His-and-hers garages. If that were my home, my side you could park in but my husband's side would be filled with storage.
