Southshore in Aurora was the location for the 2007 Parade of Homes and features custom homes backing to the Aurora reservoir. Village Homes, Capital Pacific, Pulte and Century Communities have built homes in Southshore. William Lyon Homes, Century and Richmond are now building new homes. A few homes offer a primo location to watch the sunset over the Aurora Reservoir. This neighborhood is located in zip 80016. Currently there are 496 homes built with 2,770 planned for the entire community with 77 new homes slated to be built in 2017.
