What I Like Best about Hickory Wild in the Summer
Hickory Wild is a well planned neighborhood of single family homes when community amenities that impress home buyers. The common areas offer plenty of chances to mingle and get to know the neighbors. This is a perfect place to live for bike riding, jogging or taking walks.
As for my favorite features, check out the clubhouse and swimming pool. There are picnic areas under the covered veranda and a pretty view. On spring and summer days, the homeowners use the clubhouse regularly and it is a favorite for the kids.
All yards are maintained by the HOA with trash pick up provided. The professionally managed HOA oversees the common elements include the clubhouse and pool. There are also picnic grounds which are great places for birthday parties and neighborhood get-togethers.
