Variety Is The Spice Of Life And The Main Factor Attracting More Homes

Variety is the spice of life. It also happens to be the prime method of securing listings in every price point and style. Our full page newspaper ad displays that type of variety.  As you know, we do not post the price but we do share the address and the status of the home.

There are tremendous differences within our inventory. It varies from small ranch style homes to magnificent 10,000 s.f. luxury homes and everything in between. The categories are single family homes; condos and townhomes; multifamily homes up to 4 units; and land listings.

The single family homes are ranches, capes, colonials, multi-levels, split entry, front to back splits, raised ranches and luxury homes. We have been blessed with a vast variety of properties and price ranges.

We just received a call from an owner of a luxury home. He made the comment that he sees us everywhere and mentioned the postcards and newspaper. I’m confident that he called because he saw the ad with a luxury home.  Our next issue has two luxury homes, and he could be #3.

We all know “the eye buys” and all of our high end and luxury homes have aerial views for marketing. The best way to boast about a home’s size is to show the complexity of the roof system.  They count the gables and valleys and compare it to the number they have.  Don’t you think for a minute they don’t!!!

When you have a variety, you’ll continue to attract that same flavor of inventory.  I’ve seen the inventory of those who consistently have starter homes. Their shelves are never filled, and they work triple the time to make a decent income.

When you farm, select a variety of subdivisions that have good turnover. You’ll find your income improve and your shelves always stocked.

Just a quick thought for the moment….

Variety is always good, I don't like the same old all of the time.  Definitely want to show off properties in their best light, since the Eye Buys!

Chris Ann Cleland potential sellers search out every agent's marketing and they compare those ads while thinking about where their home would fit in best....

think as the potential seller would think.... they have a high end home... will they call someone who is not marketing any high end homes??

Morning Barbara.

No one can argue with success.  Never thought about counting all the gables and valleys, but like you said, I'm sure some people do
