“Both Can Be on the Title and Only One on the Mortgage”

I spoke with you yesterday, what a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for taking the time to help us!  I am still absolutely amazed by how reassuring and helpful you are!  It’s a completely different experience and we are thankful! It is so hard to believe you figured out that one of us could do a mortgage without the other and both still be on the title of the home we end up purchasing. Thank you again for your time and for being so helpful and willing to work with us!

Often when working with couples, one has better credit than the other. If the one with the better credit can qualify for a mortgage without the other, then why do both need to be on the mortgage? Both can still be on the deed in order to safeguard ownership.

This couple explained that they couldn’t get pre-qualified because one of them has credit issues which created a problem. They were told a mortgage was not possible at this time. How CRAZY!

Good morning Joe. Many times I have seen one on the mortgage and two on the deed. Every once in awhile, a progrssive bank will do so. Most times it is originated by a mortgage broker. Enjoy your dy!
