Crazy way to make Decisions, but it worked for them.
Many years ago, I was referred and introduced to 2 female clients. As I remember, the older one told life stories that were fascinating, since she revealed her experience that she went to a private elementary school with the daughter of a so called abusive movie star mother. As in the movie about this young girl’s life, mother sent a driver in a Limo to pick the classmate up after school. My customer said that no other children had a Limo pick them up. She told the story that matched the movie that depicted this girl’s life except my client didn’t mention the abuse.
The other partner fully believed that there is “Hollow or Inner Earth” with tunnels traversing the sphere! This was in the 80’s when she said there are tunnels that can take you from Hawaii to Colorado in a matter of an hour!
So….I represented them in two transactions. One to sell and one to purchase. It took the course of about 6 months with multiple communication from them asking questions about properties for sale
and property values. They moved from a small 3 three bedroom condominiumized house to a beautiful huge 2 story home high on a mountain top with a long concrete private driveway.
In every situation where they needed to make a choice, One partner before exploring their options, had to communicate with her spiritual guide by snapping her hands as shown in the video. Even when we were at Escrow Signing, the fingers had to be snapped.
Over time, they sold their house through another method. One passed away and the other moved away.
