My radio show is called ALL ABOUT REAL ESTATE, and it is. But yesterday, I had a different kind of show. It was about real people and a real deal and was very well received—more calls, texts, messages, and emails after the show than ever. People like real stories about real people, and that is what real estate is all about.

The show was how a seller got to me through a Real Estate Manager in Pennsylvania. And both the manager and the seller were guests on the show. We talked about how the home was listed, the two impromptu open houses on the first day the property hit the market, the full price contract, the home inspection, and how the seller and I met for the first time at the settlement table on

Valentine's Day.

By then, we were already good friends.
