Hi Margaret, as you mention, 'not all investors' are about helping folks. It's so important to know who to trust, and you are obviously 100% trustworthy. 

Hi Margaret I am so in the same boat with you on this topic (and really almost all the topics you bring up!!).  It just makes sense to me. As you said there are some folks that simply are unable to do/make any repairs or updates and prefer to let it go in the easiest way possible.  I started in the business knowing this concept and buying/rehabbing the homes.  Nobody really thought about it much back then, it's just what a few of us did. I also put in place a  top notch contracting team of guys for those that had the cash/desire to make repairs and sell for a higher price and gain the ROI. I was fine with that as well - very pleased clients.  Just recently we passed on 2 other homes we could have bought and held or flipped but since we've had so much going on decided to not do so.  Don't mention this to G, but I wished I would have!  LOL. Once it's in your blood.....just saying!

Yes, helping people get through the various emotions as well as practical considerations of selling/buying a home. It's a good feeling when all works out in the end!

It really IS all about helping homeowners in the way that works best for THEIR situation.

Love this business model. There's always another way to do business that solves problems!  Good for you :)
