blogged, advertised, listed, mentioned on my Sunday radio show.

With an offer, I need some information to prepare. You know names, address, type of loan, down payment, a date for closing, deposit, terms, and lender approval. There were others interested, and they wanted to make sure they did not lose it.
So who do you call way after hours? Why a lender on the west coast because, after all,
it was three hours earlier.
Buyer and lender talked, the application made online, a pre-approval letter was received, and on Sunday the buyer and the seller both signed!
