So how come some neighborhoods have had quite different results than others? In some communties, it is due to either more larger or smaller units selling, not the same mix has they have been in the past. It also depends on the condition on the property, as a there were a couple of distress properties in the area that needed renovation or were less updated than those which have sold in the past. In the communites such as Crystal Bay or Poet's Landing, the exact location in the complex & level in the building does effect pricing as well if a detached garage is included in the purchase.
