Chapparal and Chenango are two communities that feature homes on acreage where you can have some room to roam!   You will find one to three-acre parcels with homes built from 1978 to 2002 and you will find ranches, two stories, and a few tri-level homes ranging from 2,040 square feet to 10,440 total finished square feet.   Most homes have finished basements, and many have done extensive remodeling.  You will find quite a few outbuildings to include additional car storage with as many as 9 spaces for vehicles or toys.

Hi Joan... it's always interesting to me how often buyers tell me they want a house on land with a capital L. And yet, when I have listings on land with a capital L those homes typically take longer to sell.
