Here are the latest Sales Statistics for El Dorado & Placer counties through the month of May. They reflect numbers of sales for May 2008 as opposed to May 2007, and also for April 2008 vs. April 2007.
For El Dorado County, the numer of sales is slightly down from a year ago, and prices are 17.2% lowe for single family homesr.
For Placer County, the number of sales is down 19.9% from a year ago, and prices are 21.4% lower than a year ago
Also included in this Chart are the statistics for Condos and Townhomes.
