It was the buyer who noticed the panels. Being magnetic, so simple to take off or add another. I also saw that these magnet sheets come in different colors.
My neighbors did that and I thought they got a new garage door, haha. I thought it looked nice from afar, but when I was up close and saw it was just stickers, I thought it looked tacky, haha.

Brian, These were not stickers (which might look tacky) bu magnetic sheets attached to the metal door. They can be taken off, moved, or replaced.

Hello Margaret - unfortunately, I don't have any photos(at least I don't think so) but I remember a real estate story about a garage from my past. The home was not large but had many unique features including an extremely well-organized garage.
It was definitely photo-worthy and an amenity that was highly prized as an asset when it received multiple offers when things like that were not as common as the current market.

Garages are great assets and can be used to market! I have advertised a four-car garage that happene to have a house attached.
