This property was owned by the same owner since 1986 and let much of it go with no maintenance done, unless they had to. Good thing there is a new furnace and air conditioner! Much of the home needs to be remodeled, which is exactly what my buyer was looking for. He did ask if he could get the pool up and running again, but the 25' trees growing in it says probably nothing is savagable. I meant to take a photo.....
Meadow Hills has a golf course, tennis courts and all the homes have huge lots from .50 to one acre. It is also located in Cherry Creek School District, which is highly acclaimed and one of the top school districts in Colorado.
