If visitors do not follow the rules and endanger themselves, others and/or the integrity of the historic site, you will be asked to leave the Park and a refund will not be granted.

- No smoking or vaping
- No alcohol, unless approved by authorized personnel
- No feeding of Park animals.
- Only ADA defined service animals allowed. No pets, emotional support, therapy, or companion animals allowed. Please see our ACCESS & SPECIAL NEEDS here.
- No food, drink, gum, or candy allowed in the Four Mile House museum.
- Please place cell phones on silent or vibrate. No cell phone usage inside the museum.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.
- Visitors are responsible for their actions and the actions of their guests. Please maintain proper museum behavior and respectfully consider the experience of other visitors.
- Photography for personal use is permitted anywhere on the Park except for the interior of the historic House museum. Commercial photography is prohibited unless approved by authorized personnel.
- Prohibited activities/items include, but are not limited to: inflatable games/objects, airborne games/objects, fireworks, athletic games, model boats, drones or airplanes, and searchlights. Weapons, including but not limited to knives, firearms, bows and arrows, and martial arts weapons are prohibited unless approved by authorized personnel.
- It is unlawful for any person, other than authorized personnel, to mark, remove, break, climb upon, or in any way injure, damage, or deface the trees, shrubs, turf, buildings, fences, bridges, fountains, restrooms, or any other structures, plantings, or property within or upon Four Mile Historic Park grounds.
- Sales of goods are only permitted during pre-approved events or by authorized personnel.
- Motorized vehicles are prohibited on Four Mile Historic Park property, lawns, and restricted roadways unless approved by authorized personnel. Roadways and parking areas are clearly marked and established.
- Four Mile Historic Park reserves the right to refuse service without refund upon violation of any rules, inappropriate behavior, or disruptive conduct.
