At our REALTOR Association Wednesday, a REALTOR from Chicago came in and did a class on this new AI platform. OH MY, and I thought I was a bit techie. It wasn't long, and was DEEP in the weeds!
Laura attended also, as she has been talking with friends and how this could be the new path we are taking, but copyright infringement was huge on everyone's minds.
Marki Lemons was the instructor (and a REALTOR in Chicago), and she seemed to know a lot of this, especially since it only unfolded on 11/22/22. She can use all the tools but has not actually produced a video using these tools. She did say she has done at least one class a week all over the country on this.
I did learn a bit more - in Canva there are 3 AI tools - magic write, bulk upload, and AI Art. On the left - only under DOC, you can type in what you want. You can also use the FB posts sections and change some information and upload your own text, like testimonials.
Marki did say TONE and being very specific will bring you the best results.
Still have lots of exploring to do, but could be fun! Have you tried any of this?
