January seems to have been a fairly healthy sales month, especially given the pathetic situation in February!
I will say that things are definitely picking up around the office - there has been a definite increase in activity since the Stimulus Package was passed. I think maybe people were holding their breaths waiting to see what was going to happen in February.
And now that we are getting glimpses of spring and warm weather, I do believe that we can all look forward to at least more showings, if not more sales!
Oak Hill truly is one of the loveliest places in Nashville and Davidson County to live and I am proud to call it home!
If you are interested in finding a home in the Oak Hill Subdivision of Nashville, or would like to look at other homes in the Middle Tennessee area, please search the MLS HERE.
If you would like to have a free comparable market analysis done on your home, if you are a first-time buyer (haven't owned a home in the last three years), an investor or just would like to talk real estate, please feel free to call me, Emily Lowe (yes, I'm a Realtor) at 615.509.1753!
