The guests were treated like royalty...no one ever had an empty glass, elegant servers passed food, and hors-d'oeuvres were plentiful and delicious. A full gourmet dinner was served with tenderloin, salmon, curried chicken salad on mini croissants, individual portions of layered potatoes, beautiful asparagus, gorgeous salad, and a lovely array of fruit and cheese.
Every corner of the beautiful home was filled with holiday decorations, from trees to wreaths to whimsical elves. It was a wonderful party filled with beautiful people having a grand time.
This special party was in 2012 when friends got together, celebrated and made memories.
The August Challenge is to get more reviews. My friend Elyse Berman, PA wanted to write a review for me and did it in the form of a blog post. Some years ago, Elyse helped a good friend of mine sell a home in Florida. Elyse was a guest on my radio show and we talked about this condo. Today the roles were reversed when I received got a call from Austin Texas. It was the adorable REALTOR® Erika Albert
Why did Erika call? Because she was participating in the January contest. Erika has successfully been in real estate for 3 years and on ActiveRain for 6 months. And who suggested this call? None other than Lynn B. Friedman. Knowing I am the one making the calls everyday Lynn thought it would be fun to see a role reversal. And it was!
This quick call (46 minutes) was delightful and I found out that Erika’s relatives started The Park School in Baltimore. That’s where my daughter Erica attended school. (14 comments)
