Would You Like a Single Family Home in Carroll County, Maryland ? Not on the market yet but... It's a really nice home on a .37 landscaped acre lot with a fenced yard that is both people and pet friendly! Unique design has a walk out level in the front through sliding glass doors with very large driveway access. This spacious living area was originally a garage. A post earlier today got me thinking about how I market my listings. It was Barb Szabo who asked "Do you blog your listings and your sales?" I made this comment in return. Yes, I blog my listings..The Main Reason to Blog...Get My Listings SOLD! I blog the home, the area, the college, the airport, the restaurants, the kitty cats, the Olympic Paint can and even the kitchen sink!
