The new regulation regarding service recommendations by Realtors®, takes place August 18, 2014. If a real estate agent suggests a contractor, the status of that contractor license needs to be verified at least once a year. http://www.dllr.state.md.us/license/

Anne and Milo were high school sweethearts, stars of their own classic love story. They wed on December 27, and have now been married for 18,264 days. Yes, that Terry Watson. The fantastic speaker who can make any subject come alive was a feature of yesterday's Maryland Association of Realtor's conference in Ocean City. How many Active Rainers will be in Ocean City this week for the Maryland Association Of Realtors(r) Conference -September 7th -September 11th? There are over 20 CE Course selections available, including CRS-210: Building an Exception Customer Service Referral Business on Wednesday & Thursday. Looking forward to some classes, what's new at the trade show and seeing good friends. Thank goodness Hanna has passed; it is going to be a gorgeous 'down the ocean'.
