murphy bed: When Is A Bedroom Not A Bedroom?

There are many times when a buyer is looking for the rare, hard to find, 3 bedroom condo in Baltimore. That extra bedroom is needed for occasional out of town company. We have a wonderful solution in one of the condos I have on the market. Have it both ways by making one room do double duty.
