Open House?
The phone rings and the caller asks: When will that Baltimore County house be open?
My response: When would you like it to be open?
Since I make my own appointments and answer my phone, I make time to get my listings opened for agents and buyers. Yesterday in the heavy downfall of liquid sunshine, an agent asked about the showing instructions for my home at 3704 Gardenview.
She had a 2 hour window to show a young couple with small children. No problem...I will have the house open and drinks in the fridge.

The day started with a phone call letting me know an offer was coming in. Not a bad way to start a Sunday morning. At noon I hosted my weekly radio show ALL ABOUT REAL ESTATE! Considering it was Super Bowl Sunday and the Baltimore Ravens were playing, I was not sure anyone would be listening much less calling in.
