Winding up the year, I just realized this is the last advertising for 2020. It's been a challenging but also a good productive year. I am very proud of the list of satisfied buyers and sellers who have trusted me to find their dream home. They have gone through the stress of packing and moving and are now making new memories. Hopefully, they are filling their new home with love!

Were you thinking about selling your home? Do you want to see your home listed like this? Each week there are a few changes like this one with two new listings.
It is an excellent time to be in real estate, and I have the privilege and opportunity to help buyers and sellers with their move.
Even as a listing broker, there are times I need homes for buyers. And there is more than one way to find these homes. The clients are already looking at the online sites. So if a home is listed we all know about it. When working with a client...maybe I sold them the property years ago, they are now also buyers and are looking to right size.
Remember that buyers are also future listings.
Properties are found by placing an ad like the one below, blogging about my needs and using the radio show to let the listening audience know just what special houses these buyers are now searching.
Spring has finally hit the Baltimore area. The phones are ringing, the open houses are well attended and we are wonderfully busy. At least that is the way it is at HomeRome Realty. Sellers, thinking about putting their home on the market, are calling with questions, listing appointments are being scheduled and photographers are busy getting photos ready for these new listings.
