This one way of showing my listings is working well. The buyer's agent makes an appointment with me either online, Showing Time, text, email, or phone. The agent calls when they arrive at the home. I “tour” it while they are on the phone. I can point out all features and directly answer the agent/buyers' questions like the wellhead location, the new electric panel, recent appliance updates, remote control devices, land boundaries, the extra pellet stove in the garage behind the tractor.
