Couple of questions received this week: Do houses sell this time of year? Guess this is not a good time to list my house?
And my response: If it is not on the market, it is not going to sell. And if you take it off the market or release the listing, it probably will NOT sell.
It definitely won't sell if it’s not on the MLS, no one knows about it, especially other professionals and buyers.
But...if the house and you are ready to sell, there's a pretty good chance it might.
