DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS HAPPEN TO THEM??? WHAT DO YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO SAYS: "IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!" How do you handle this kind of Situation???

This is the second time already this year that I have had to listen as a client/customer has "bashed" me, right to my face....Is this a sign of the times?....a sign of things to come?
