Hi Everyone!  Relaxing on a early Sunday evening here in metro-Orlando.
Chicken & Salmon on the grill and I allowed myself this one small glass of 
champagne...  Physical Therapy found I have Lateral Pelvic Hip Tilt - uneven
hips - need to correct and lots of exercises to align the hips at home.  Hey, it's
working...I am learning to walk again without pain.  I know I am in the 20-lb.
weight loss challenge with my son:  'The Tortoise and the Hare.'  In spite of my
body set back, I am currently ahead in our race - 4 pounds to go.  Wishing all
