If you're from the South, these Southern classics will take you back to that feeling of your most memorable Sunday supper. If you're not, you'll wish you were by the end of the evening after Chef James Robert elevates his menu with new and exciting flavors of the South. Each dish he prepares may sound familiar, but, they've been infused with surprising flavors at in his modern style. The open kitchen gives diners a front row seat to all that is going on as Chef Robert and his team assure you a memorable evening. Have a seat in one of their intimate dining rooms, or, how about right at the chef's table?

From the Small Bites "Starting off" menu - Smoked Trout Dip made with horseradish, buttermilk, smoked trout roe and served with Carolina gold rice crackers...Shrimp & Smoked Oyster Gumbo - with blue crab, andouille sausage, okra and chicken fat rice...and Grilled Shrimp with white beans, ham shank, arugula and horseradish. The entree "Something More" menu has Blackened Red Snapper with rock shrimp, bones, marrow, toasted farro, butternut squash and hot 'n sour nage...Duroc Pork Shoulder with potlikker pinto beans, mustard greens and jalapeno-kale emulsion...and...Lobster & Crawfish Pot Pie with Maine lobster, Louisiana Crawfish, mushrooms and sweet corn béchamel.
On the dessert "Sweets" menu - there's Chocolate Truffle Cake with wheatberry, caramel and salted pretzel ice cream, Brioche Donut with vanilla bean custard, sunflower seed streusel, preserved fruit and honey ice cream and Carrot Cake Tres Leches with candied carrot jam, pineapple and goat milk ice cream.
