Multi-tasking creates more chaos - This is ONE THING I know for sure!
The One Thing Challenge has been an interesting one for me and many others here on ActiveRain! I read chapter 5 about multi-tasking and immediately knew my thoughts about how it works or rather doesn't work for me. I also read chapter 7 about the authors thoughts on willpower and many others thoughts as well as various studies on willpower - of which my perspective and experience is vastly different - more on that one later!
