There are times buyers come up with "reasons" to get out of a Transaction and when we do not afford them the opportunity to get out, then they look for "other reasons" until we realize that, the "reasons" are just excuses. Never the less, people change their minds.
In this instance the buyer was waiting since the beginning of September for the seller to clear Title. Ironically a few days before the Title was going to be certified. The buyer wanted out.
